Burley & Smith offers mobile notary services across Tarrant County and its neighboring areas, including Mansfield, Arlington, Fort Worth, Burleson, Kennedale, and Grand Prairie. For those in need of notarization beyond these locales, extended travel options are available in parts of Dallas, Ellis, and Johnson counties upon request.

Our mobile notary services include affidavits and sworn statements, power of attorney documents, medical and hospital documents, school forms, and various business documents. We also provide notarization for acknowledgments and jurats, facilitate hospital and nursing facility visits, and assist with jail or correctional facility visits. Our Tarrant County notary services extend to attorney office signings, and we offer urgent and after-hours appointments to meet your needs.

General Notarization (1–2 documents) with mobile notary services is available as a base package for $55. This package includes travel within 10 miles and covers the first four notarizations. For additional signatures, the cost is $1 each after the fifth notarization. If you need same-day or rush appointment notarization, there is an extra fee of $25 for bookings made less than 3 hours in advance. Additionally, Tarrant County notary services are available for after-hours or weekend appointments at a surcharge of $25 for those outside the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., including late-night services from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
